STANDART TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PANAMANIAN FREIGHT FORWARDERS
All services of Panamanian freight forwarders are conducted subject and adherent to the most recent edition of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Panamanian Freight Forwarders (CGTP) adopted by the Panamanian Freight Forwarders’s Association (APAC) and the liability limitations stipulated therein.
